{"id":2794,"date":"2017-08-19T07:54:23","date_gmt":"2017-08-19T07:54:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/josepmariarossello.com\/ma-plus-belle-histoire-damour\/"},"modified":"2017-08-19T07:54:23","modified_gmt":"2017-08-19T07:54:23","slug":"ma-plus-belle-histoire-damour","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/josepmariarossello.com\/en\/ma-plus-belle-histoire-damour\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Ma plus Belle Histoire D&#8217;amour&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>Rossell\u00f3 \/ CATALOGUE Raisonn\u00e9 \/ \u201cCOLLECTION OF COLLECTIONS\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The Catalogue Raisonn\u00e9 of the artist Josep Maria Rossell\u00f3 Virgili is comprised of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thirty-five (35) folders containing a significant portion of his work.<\/li>\n<li>Twenty-six (26) folders, with works in public and private collections.<\/li>\n<li>Nine (9) folders with \u2013 unlocated works \u2013<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Number of works included in public and private collections:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Three thousand eight hundred fifty-three (3,853), including the sixty-three (63) works<br \/>\npublished in books or exhibition catalogues.<\/li>\n<li>2,441 paintings<\/li>\n<li>63 sculptures<\/li>\n<li>1,349 works on paper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Number of works contained in the nine (9) folders of unlocated works:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eight hundred fifty-six (856) paintings, sculptures, and works on paper \/ includes images of<\/li>\n<li>26 works published in the book \u201cRossell\u00f3 in \u201cIdentidades\u201d\u201d, attached.<\/li>\n<li>Twenty-eight unlocated collections for which images and owner names are preserved, contained in two folders included in \u2013 Collections \/ Unlocated Works.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Missing works, under various circumstances:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 works<\/li>\n<li>Performances \/ ephemeral works: 7 works<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Photocopy of the court order for the lawsuit against Mr. Joan Manuel Marc\u00e9 Gea, responsible for most of the \u2013 unlocated works \u2013 \/ Dismissed due to lack of evidence.<\/li>\n<li>List of the \u201cBiographical Notebooks\u201d from the Tarragona Municipal Library-Hemeroteca, which include original photographs of some works.<\/li>\n<li>List of the names of one hundred sixty-three (163) collections, for which no data or images are preserved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>Note: The photographs of each work included in this catalogue bear the author&#8217;s name on the right. The designation \u201cPhoto archive\u201d corresponds to the image sent by the collector.
