We are preparing a new show titled “CABALGANDO MOLINOS DE VIENTO, La Cuadra to the Rhythm of its Creations”.<\/div>\n
It will be the culmination of all the shows created by Salvador T\u00e1vora since 1972.<\/div>\n
This is a key project for La Cuadra, a highlight of our more than forty years of existence. It will be a performance that encompasses all of La Cuadra’s works, featuring audiovisual resources and the live participation of artists who will bear the great responsibility of recreating live the most outstanding scenes from the shows that were milestones at their premiere and continue to be avant-garde many years after their creation. <\/div>\n
Why the title “CABALGANDO MOLINOS DE VIENTO”? Because we have often felt like Quixotes, striving to forge a path with a theatrical language different from the prevailing language, which is bound by custom, rigid immobility, and the perception of theatre as merely a branch of literature, thereby overlooking the scenic language that can also transcend words. <\/div>\n
For the first time, we will be utilizing crowdfunding, or micro-patronage, to bring this project to fruition, and your support is essential.<\/div>\n
